How to Make Money Writing Articles
There are two ways to make money with Da Find.
First, write articles, provide content and make sure you include your Google Adsense publisher's ID in your account. Remember to just include the number. Do not include the 'pub-' as part of your ID. Author's receive 50 percent of all Adsense ad impressions.
Second, link to pages at DaFind.com and add to the end of the url a question mark followed by your Google Adsense publisher's ID. Once again, just include the number. Do not include the 'pub-' as part of your ID.
For example, to link to this page:
http://dafind.com/business/how-to-save-money-on-travel.html
And assuming your Google Adsense ID is 1234, use this link:
http://dafind.com/business/how-to-save-money-on-travel.html?pid=1234
Linkers receive 50 percent of all Adsense ad impressions on pages they link to.
Important: The format is the url followed by a question mark then 'pid=' and your Adsense publisher ID number. With no spaces.
Wrap up: If you create content and then link to it, you could receive all 100% of the Google Adsense impressions (and thus all the clicks - and all the revenue!) for that page.
Adsense Details
Google Adsense is an advertising program that lets people and companies place ads on other websites. Websites like DaFind.com. The ads can be text. Made up of graphics. And now even video.
Google is amazing. It scans a web page to determine what it is about, then tries to show any available ads relating to that topic.
When someone reading a page clicks on one of the ads, the advertiser pays a fee to Google. Google then pays a portion of that fee to whoever showed the ad. By default, that is DaFind.com.
But we do something a little different than most websites. If you get your own Adsense account we will randomly rotate your Adsense identification number on the pages where you created the content. If you link to a page and someone clicks on that link to visit the DaFind.com page, we will also randomly rotate your Adsense identification number.
In this way you can get credited for 100% of the Adsense ad displays on a page. Da Find is the only website that allows you to make money this way.
*** Important. It is against Google's policy, and our policy, to click on your own ads. If you do that your Adsense account will be terminated, and so will your Da Find account.
Once you have at least $100 dollars in Adsense earnings, Google will send you a payment. Google will pay you directly. DaFind does not pay you.
STEP ONE: Signup for your Free DaFind Account.
Within your account include a picture of yourself. If you want, a second picture for your profile page. Then include detail about yourself. It is important to provide detail and interesting information.
STEP TWO: Signup for a Free Adsense Account.
If you do not already have an Adsense account, you can signup for your free Google Adsense account at http://adsense.google.com.
Google will ask you for your website url. If you don't have another website, you can use your DaFind.com user profile page. Do not just say dafind.com. You need to include the full url to your profile page, such as dafind.com/profile/YOUR-NAME.html.
Keep in mind that DaFind has no control over whether Google approves your Adsense account or not.
Google will review your information and then hopefully give you an account. Your account will have what is known as a Publisher Identification number. Such as pub-1234123412341234
STEP THREE: Add your publisher ID to your DaFind account.
On your account page include the number for your Adsense publisher ID. Click 'Update' at the bottom of the page so it is added to your account.
If you do not see a box to add your Adsense ID, make sure you have an ad blockers turned off. This includes the AdBlocker Plus Firefox plugin.
STEP FOUR: Write content and collect your money.
You're all done with Adsense. Da Find will automatically randomly include your Adsense ID on content pages you create.
*** To help prevent you from accidentally clicking on your Adsense ads (and losing your Adsense account), your Adsense ID will not appear for ads when you are logged in to Da Find.
The more pages of content and articles you write, the more you can make.
IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER
You're not going to write an article and instantly make thousands of dollars. It takes time for your articles and content to be found. To become popular. To get clicks on advertising ads.
Expect to provide regular content over several months to start making money. Make a plan to set aside some time every day to write.
Here are some tips:
Create unique content for DaFind. If you write an article here, but also put the same article on other websites, then all the websites are competing to display that same content. Search engines like Google will simply not show duplicate content in their search results. That means your DaFind articles may not be found, For that reason, it does you no good to copy content you find elsewhere and add it to DaFind. You'll simply be wasting your time and your earnings will suffer as a result.
Use interesting titles for your articles. A good rule of thumb: If you saw a listing of web pages or articles about a topic, and saw your title, would you be included to click on it to read it? Or not?
Creating Internet links to your pages will help make your content more popular. That is one reason why Da Find rewards you for creating links. Links not just to your own pages, but any page at DaFind.com.
